After Service
Ongoing maintenance is important because over time fan blades may become clogged with debris. This can damage the fan. Ducting can loosen or tear, anti-vibration mounts can loosen, and balancing dampers may need adjusting etc. If these items are not attended to, they will impede the performance of the systems.
Our technician will service fan motors and clean fan blades, adjust rubber anti-vibration mounts, ducting, branch take offs, balancing dampers and reset any timers.
If the airflow in the Sub-Floors / Voids is reduced, this may result in mould, structural problems, rising damp, termites etc.

Filter Change
Regular servicing helps maintain the longevity of the systems and ensures that it assists in protecting the occupants of the property and helps mitigate harmful effects of damp and contaminated air.
Typically we suggest Subfloor, Void & Bathroom Systems be serviced on an annual basis.
Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) Systems should be serviced on a bi-annual basis. The large ERV's will have their filters replaced & the smaller, wall-mounted ERV's will have their filters washed.
