NOISE & VIBRATION CONTROLS
Custom Silencing Attenuators
Available for Most Fans 150-300mm diameter. Others upon request.
Our Twin Silencing Attenuators are a standard component included in all our Subfloor Ventilation Systems (unless specified). Placed on each end of the fan unit, this technology decreases the noise pollution generated by the fan motor itself and the airflow.
Anti-vibration Rubber Fan Mounts
Where a motor is creating noise & vibration, this technology is used to eliminate the transfer of any noise pollution through the mounting method. Typically, our Subfloor fans are mounted on the underside of timber flooring, against timber joists, which without the use of these Rubber Mounts; will potentially cause vibration to generate noise in walls & upper levels
Acoustic Sound Lagging
Cut to size in-house to suit any fan.
Exceeding the acoustic requirements of the BCA 2011, this technology is a flexible , fire rated material used to conserve the sound created by fan motors, in pipes and more.
ELECTRICAL & CONTROL
Clipsal 24-Hour Control Timer
Local installation i.e. in subfloor or close to fan
A Set-and-Forget style timer which our technician will install & program upon installation. Standard programming is set for 12-hours per day between 8am-8pm. Can also be programmed according to clients request.
DIN Rail Control Timer
Remote installation in switchboard
